Terms and Conditions – Baij App Pakistan Betting Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing baijapp.net, downloading the baij app Android APK, or creating an account on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all use of the baij app platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, deposits, withdrawals and any promotional offers.

• Account sharing is not permitted; your account must be used only by you.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on baij app are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit/credit cards and approved mobile wallets. Baij app does not apply currency conversion fees — your balance is always displayed and transacted in PKR.

• Baij app does not charge internal transaction fees on standard PKR deposits and withdrawals, but your payment provider's own charges may apply.

5. Betting Rules

The sports betting section of baij app covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other markets made available on the platform from time to time. All bets are subject to the specific market rules applicable at the time the bet is placed.

Odds displayed on baij app are indicative and may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is confirmed. A bet is only accepted when you receive a confirmation. If odds have changed between viewing and confirmation, the confirmation screen will display the updated odds before you finalise the bet.

• Pre-match bets must be placed before the scheduled start of the relevant event. Baij app reserves the right to suspend markets at any time.
• Live in-play bets are subject to additional market suspension periods, particularly during key moments such as wickets in cricket or goals in football.
• Void bets: A bet will be declared void if the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned or if a significant error occurred in the odds at the time of placement. Voided bets are refunded to your account balance.
• PSL and cricket matches that are shortened due to weather or other conditions are settled according to the DLS method where applicable, or voided where no official result is declared.
• Accumulators: If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the accumulator continues as if that selection was not included — the void leg does not make the entire accumulator void unless it is the only remaining selection.
• Baij app reserves the right to limit maximum bet stakes on specific markets, players or account types at its discretion.

6. Casino and Live Casino Games

• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating or assisting another person in operating more than one baij app account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine player behaviour, including coordinated bonus harvesting across multiple accounts.
• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets using knowledge of pre-determined outcomes or non-public information about players, teams or officials. This applies to PSL, T20 internationals, football and all other covered sports.
• Arbitrage betting: Using baij app in combination with other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome by exploiting pricing differences in a systematic, commercial manner.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, algorithms or any automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform without manual input.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank or any other payment provider in relation to a baij app deposit without first contacting baij app support.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using payment credentials that do not belong to you, or depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening or harassing baij app staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Baij app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, prolonged inactivity, or at the account holder's own request.

If you wish to close your own account, you can request this through the support team. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered PKR payment method, provided all wagering requirements linked to active bonuses have been met or the bonus has been forfeited.

• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Baij app will attempt to notify you before any dormancy action is taken.
• Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property

The baij app logo and brand assets may not be used in any third-party content, social media posts, marketing materials or other publications without prior written consent from baij app.

11. Limitation of Liability

Baij app provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical issues at all times. To the fullest extent permitted, baij app's liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform — including losses from bets, casino games, delayed withdrawals or technical errors — is limited to the amount of funds held in your baij app account at the time the claim arises.
